Shaklee BUILD: 100% Grass Fed Whey Protein
I have been working with a Registered Dietician (RD) who specializes in endurance training. BUILD is one of the Shaklee products she liked the most for daily use. She encouraged me to use it in my breakfast smoothie every morning, and even suggested having a protein shake before bed if I’m really hungry after dinner. BUILD is 100% Grass-Fed Whey Protein; an incredibly pure source of quality protein. Protein is critical for muscle repair post-workout, and often helps fill you up and eat less if you’re trying to lose weight. One scoop is 10g of protein, so you can add 1, 2 or 3 scoops of protein to whatever you’re making so you can control your protein intake based on your activity levels and macro needs.
Try this recipe my RD gave me for a nutrient-packed smoothie:
1/2 cup berries of choice
1 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 handful baby spinach
1-2 scoops Shaklee BUILD protein
1 tbsp cocoa powder
